Tomato psyllid feeding can produce a disease called "psyllid yellows." Plants infested before flowering are very susceptible to this injury. Symptoms include productions of numerous small fruits or reduced fruit set. Psyllid outbreaks are irregular in occurrence so fields should be routinely checked for infestations.
