Greenbug

Small pale green aphids are found in colonies on the undersides of leaves. Most greenbugs have a darker green stripe down the back. Feeding results in small yellow spots and later larger chlorotic areas.

An insecticide labeled on millet expected to be effective against greenbug  is Mustang

Max^R, although no efficacy data are available.  See label for rates and other details.
