Alfalfa Seed X

Grasshoppers

Sue Blodgett
Grasshopper.

These are foliage feeders. Chemical control may be justified when there are eight per square yard in the cropping field or 20 per square yard in field margins. Re-infestation originating from outside the field may occur after 10 to14 days. Use the higher dosages for adults, lower for the more immature. Sufficient gallonage is important.
